Presentation outlines and posters will be reviewed this autumn as the Academy shapes its effort to share insights, advance education, and drive the future of audiology.
AAA 2025+HearTech Expo, New Orleans, March 26 to 29. The event’s Program Committee has now extended its annual invitation to clinicians, researchers, and academic professionals from around the world to submit an abstract for presentation at the Academy’s big event next year.
Audiologists and researchers from all specialties and levels of experience are encouraged to participate to help develop a diverse program at the AAA’s flagship event.

October 11 is the deadline for submissions in four abstract categories – Learning Modules, Mini Modules, Research Podiums, and the Student Research Forum – while poster submissions have the longer deadline of November 12.
All abstracts are peer-reviewed in a blind-review process. Acceptance of abstracts is based on the content of the submission, available space, and overall program balance. Read up on the submission guidelines.
