Noah ES adds Australia and New Zealand to its territories

HIMSA has announced that the ES cloud-enabled version of its unified hearing care software system Noah is now available in Australia and New Zealand.

With all legal obligations met, the Denmark-based outfit has also found a commercial representative – Otowave – on the other side of the planet to fully superintend both new markets. Also, there is now a Noah ES Azure server located in Australia.

“Over the past several months, HIMSA has been working hard to ensure that Noah ES meets all the necessary legal requirements for the Australian and New Zealand markets,” says Anders Nielsen, Product Manager at HIMSA. “Now that the preliminary work and testing is complete, we are ready to welcome all hearing care professionals in Australia and New Zealand as Noah ES subscribers.”

Underlining the importance of partnering with Otowave for help in providing sales and support, Nielsen stressed: “We feel it is important for Noah ES users to have a local contact in a closer time zone should there ever be a need.”
