Dreve celebrates 20 years of 3D printing and a successful EUHA outing
The red shoes of Germany's hearing impression tech firm Dreve have been catching the eye now for several editions of the world's biggest hearing event, the EUHA Congress.
This October, at the 2023 gathering in Nuremberg, a Dreve team was out in force, and celebrating the firm’s 20th year as a leader in 3D printing in medical technology. Among products presented was the new 3D desktop printer Phrozen Sonic XL 4K, and the matching 3D printing material FotoCast 2 (TPO-free) for manufacturing soft earmoulds and hearing protection.
The company was also demonstrating its centrepiece, the new OTOFORM ASOFTX BOOST, a fast impression material (90 seconds to cure) with a practical colour indicator. Dreve has published a message of “big thanks” to its team following a successful EUHA fair it “looks back on proudly”.
Dreve has been in business in a number of medical disciplines – not only hearing – since 1949. The firm today has more than 400 employees, has filed more than 80 patents, and ships to over 100 countries. For more on Dreve’s innovations, click here.
