Senior security analyst Randy Abrams helped us recently in our focus on the response of audiology professionals and patients to artificial intelligence. But former Microsoft man Mr. Abrams, a hearing aid user who helps US firm OPSWAT protect critical infrastructure worldwide, has a lot more to say and, as a hearing aid user, he has skin in the game.
