Leightons teaching also focusing on improving audiologists’ softer skills
Earlier this year, Leighton announced that it was repeating and boosting an innovative Empathic Consulting Course programme focusing on improving patient care in adult audiology. First rolled out internally last year by the UK optics and audiology business, this time round Leightons is looking for a bigger audience. “We see the Empathic Consulting Course as a valuable investment in the professional development of our staff and something we are wholeheartedly committed to,” said CEO Ryan Leighton.
