Tinnitus UK conference 2024 set for September

The UK’s best annual opportunity for updating on tinnitus now has a 2024 date: September 23 to 27. As for all editions of this Tinnitus Conference since the pandemic, the organisers are keeping the event’s online only format, which has allowed the charity Tinnitus UK to substantially increase its international audience.

This year’s programme is again aimed at audiologists, ENTs, GPs, hearing care professionals, psychologists, tinnitus support group leaders, educators, students and researchers, and will offer attendees full access to five days of lectures, case studies, and seminars.

Each day of the conference presents a different theme including the psychology of tinnitus, practical skills, and the latest in tinnitus research. Topics will include: Somatosensory disorders, Tinnitus and suicide ideation, Health-related quality of life in subjective chronic tinnitus patients, Tinnitus sound amplification and masking therapy. International guest speakers are yet to be announced. The event’s headline sponsor is Lenire. Tinnitus UK has other sponsorship packages available: fund@tinnitus.org.uk

Standard rate tickets cost £140 each, and include access to all recorded conference material until December 2024. Check the Tinnitus UK website for updates: https://tinnitus.org.uk/      Source: Tinnitus UK
