Throbbing at the heart of EUHA 2024 will be a new LIVE AREA
Meeting space at the centre of the exhibition space will foment networking and spotlight new talent in audiology
There are going to be exciting novelties at the 68th EUHA (International Congress of Hearing Aid Acousticians) Congress from October 16 to 18 in Hanover, Germany, the organisers inform us.
As well as growing the internationalisation of the event by partnering with Denmark, and opening its arms even wider to student audiology, the physical space at the EUHA industry exhibition will for the first time boast a buzzing hub in the form of a EUHA-Live Area, complete with a central stage.
The Live Area will use a headphone system for delegates to get information on the topics of the partner country, training/young talent, hearing aid acoustics, and start-ups. These nascent companies will be given the opportunity to present themselves at the event, using the new focal point for individual discussions, and the stage to present their start-up ideas. Start-ups that are interested in taking part should apply to Tobias Bartels, EUHA managing director, at bartels@euha.org by June 30, 2024, providing a description of their business idea.
And the opening of the Congress and Exhibition will be held on Wednesday, October 16 2024, at 9:15 a.m., on that central stage. Delegates and exhibitors are cordially invited to attend.
Industry Exhibition at EUHA attracting record demand
The event will naturally still be a specialist conference featuring international lecturers, plus a packed trade fair with exhibitors from Germany and abroad.
More than 120 companies have already registered for the Industry Exhibition in Hall 6. Demand is great and, say the organisers, never before have they had so many new exhibitors set to present new product ideas and services. Exhibitors can book a stand and additional space for the Industry Exhibition until 19 June 2024.
Friday is Future Friday – the future of retail, digital transformation,…
Four exciting keynotes on important forward-looking topics will be presented on October 18 from 1400 hours. Among the highlights will be Theresa Schleicher, economic thought leader and retail expert, speaking about the future of retail and consumers. Prof. Dr. David Matusiewicz, expert in digital health, will share insights on digital transformation in healthcare.
