Specsavers rounds off a politicking 2024 with another parliamentary encounter

With much seemingly at stake in the business of delivering hearing care, the retail chain Specsavers has spent a year angling for politicians across the UK to back a change in the primary care pathway for audiology. After earlier events to promote hearing protection, and to launch a campaign for pathway change, the Guernsey-based group enjoyed MP hosting for a pre-Christmas pop-up hearing health clinic in the Houses of Parliament.

It has been an evangelical fifteen months for Specsavers, and 2024 has seen the retail group argue, in parliamentary settings of all of the UK's four governments, for changes in hearing care delivery.
