The marketing of a hearing aid is a big business. It involves multiple teams, and since one hearing aid is now quickly replaced by a subsequent generation of product, the work is constant. One person who knows all that is involved in these processes is Lena Kyman, Commercial Enablement Manager at Phonak, and this expert was part of her brand's force at the recent EUHA Congress in Hanover, Germany, where Lena shared some of her thoughts with Audiology Worldnews. Infinio is the latest hearing aid to be launched by Phonak, a double release in August 2024 as the Phonak Audéo Infinio platform, and Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio, a hearing aid using real-time artificial intelligence through a proprietary AI chip.   WATCH VIDEO   Watch...
