Germany’s strength in hearing care and audiological expertise has led to a home-grown gathering that fills immense convention centres and can, as the biggest audiology event on the planet, legitimately claim international status.
While the global outlook of EUHA’s organisers has led to a calm push towards internationalisation through adopting an annual partner country - this year, in case you hadn’t noticed, it’s Denmark - there is a sense that worldwide audiology is already inviting itself to the show. Enlargement beyond 10,000 visitors in the coming years is a real prospect.
