Covid measures – arrive tested
A comprehensive safety concept is applied by the organisers to attendance of the event: a contactless e-ticketing system – supplemented by the 3G principle (admission only for individuals who are vaccinated, convalescent, or tested) and general hygiene regulations.
The measures applied are to a strict time limit for PCR or antigen tests, which must be performed by an official test centre, and must not be older than 24 hours when you enter the exhibition grounds. This means that the test must be repeated daily if you are visiting the Congress or exhibition on several days. Test results can be uploaded and added online in the ticket shop at any time. Simply upload a screenshot of the test document to your ticket registration.
The ticket with a QR code can be printed out or loaded directly to your smartphone or tablet. Once scanned, each participant immediately receives a personalised event badge. Payment in the ticket shop is possible by credit card, PayPal, and by cash in advance or bank transfer.
Test facility
All unvaccinated participants are requested to come to the event with an officially documented PCR or antigen test (in each case not older than 24 hours). But for exceptional cases where a delegate is unable to be tested within 24 hours of admission, there will be a test facility with limited capacities on site offering antigen tests for a fee, the organisers explain.
