Aaron C. Jones named Director of In-clinic Success at Unitron US
Aaron is responsible for spearheading Unitron’s strategy to support practice growth among independent hearing healthcare professionals to promote the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Jones’ responsibilities include creating and delivering educational content for hearing healthcare professionals, drawing upon best practices from a variety of healthcare sectors. He’ll also work directly with Unitron customers to help them enhance the patient experience. Says Jones, “Delighted patients are more likely to become ambassadors for their providers, who then realize an increase in repeat purchases and referral business. When in-clinic success is done right, everybody wins.”
As a hearing healthcare professional and an entrepreneur, Jones has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including the VA San Diego Healthcare System and a private practice, Ear Audiology, Inc., which he founded. He also possesses 15 years of engineering experience at NASA, Boeing and Illumina. Jones received his Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of California-San Diego and San Diego State University, as well as a Master of Science degree in management from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona.
